Q. Where do you pack your potatoes?

A. We have two fresh packing facilities in Eastern Idaho. One in Menan, the other in Idaho Falls

Q. Where do you potatoes come from?

A. We are third generation potato farmers and have been growing potatoes since 1949. Our potatoes are locally grown by Idaho farmers.

Q. Can you provide potatoes in small quantities?

A. Yes, we can ship single pack potatoes in 15-pound cartons by USPS.

Q. Do you sell large quantities of potatoes commercially?

A. Yes, we sell large quantities of potatoes by the truck load to distributors, restaurant chains, and grocery store chains.

Q. Do you sell any other kind of potato besides russets?

A. No, we only specialize and sell Idaho russet potatoes. We offer popular russet Burbank and russet Norkotah varieties.

Q. Can you supply potatoes all year?

A. Yes.

Q. Do you guarantee your potatoes?

A. Yes! Simply take a picture of the bad potato and we will send you a free replacement with your next order.

Q. How do you clean and sanitize your potatoes?

A. We use super ozonated water to wash and cleanse our potatoes. We then use UV (Ultraviolet) light to finish the sanitization process. This is the most proven method available.

Q. How does light effect potatoes?

A.  Light changes the taste of potatoes. Within 24 hours of exposure to light, potatoes will start to have a bitter taste.

Q. Is the greening in potatoes harmless or poisonous?

Q. Are Portion Control Fresh potatoes exposed to light before or during the fresh packing process?

A. Very minimal. It is important to us that the potatoes get very little exposure to light.
